OUR GOAL

At SAI, we want our relationship with you to be more than just a series of transactions; we want to develop a partnership. We hope that by your adherence to these simple policies, we can make the ordering process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

OUR GUARANTEE

SAI products are manufactured with the wearer in mind. Our garments are designed for the easiest care and constructed with maximum durability and comfort. We are so sure of our quality that we offer a Performance Guarantee™. If every garment does not stand up to one year of normal wear, we’ll replace it. It’s that simple.

CANCELLATION & REVISION

In order to eliminate errors, order cancellations must be made through your Customer Service Representative. All cancellations or revisions must be confirmed in writing. Order cancellations on non-stock items will not be accepted within 45 days of the ship date.

CLAIMS

Should you find any problem with your shipment, please notify your Customer Service Representative immediately and we will correct it. Please be advised that we cannot process your claim unless you contact us within five business days of your receipt of the shipment. Returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking charge.

COLORS—WHAT COLORS ARE AVAILABLE?

Please refer to the online catalog, or simply call us at 1-800-227-3215, for color availability.

EMBROIDERY

We can embroider all of our garments with your company logo or I.D. Costs are based on number of stitches and number of pieces. Embroidery prices are per piece per run. Set up for each custom design is a minimum extra charge of $35. All embroidered merchandise is non-returnable. No exceptions.

FREIGHT

All SAI sales are FOB origin; as our customer, you are responsible for paying the freight and handling charges.

MINIMUMS

Minimums vary according to product. Please contact your Customer Service Representative for details.

NON-STOCK ITEMS—LEAD TIME

Lead time for non-stock items is 8-10 weeks depending on availability of yarn.

ORDERS

We recognize that some small shipments are necessary. On orders under $100, we require a $10 handling charge. Initial order for new customers is $500. Minimum order of $1000 annually is required to keep your account active.

RETURNS

Any product shipped with a fabric or manufacturing defect will promptly be replaced for free, with our apologies for your inconvenience. Before returning the shipment, please call your Customer Service Representative for authorization.

SAMPLES

Please call your Customer Service Representative for sample products. Sorry, no returns on samples.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders are available. Please contact your Customer Service Representative for details.

SPECIALTY KNITTING/LOGO LINKS

Embroidery and specialty products require a $200 set up, which is credited when minimum order of 400 units is placed.

STOCK ITEMS—HOW FAST DO WE SHIP?

We ship stock items within 48 hours.

TERMS

Payments for shipments made by the 20th of the month are due, net, at SAI on the 10th of the following month
